Star Dust Co. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and love offering to our people. We create spaces where Black queer women (transgender and cisgender), transgender men, and gender non-conforming people are cherished, celebrated, and centered. Through intentional events, soft landings, and bold joy, we make room for every kind of becoming.
WE BELIEVE:
Love is care
Love is culture
Love is community
And Black, queer, trans and unapologetic
love is our starting point.

They are passionate about supporting fellow community organizations, helping people find community they can trust, and promoting sex-positive education within the Black queer, transgender, and gender non-conforming communities.
Their work is centered on curating safe, intentional spaces that reflect and celebrate the experiences of Black transgender men, queer women (both cis and trans), and non-binary people.
Beyond this, she is deeply committed to bridging the gap between communities, understanding that we are stronger, more self-sustaining, and more joyful when we work together and hold space for one another.

Outside of being a walking safe space for others, he is fully dedicated to his own physical and mental health and serves as a constant reminder of its importance in daily life for transgender and gender non-conforming people. He also serves in bridging the gap in communication and safety for the transgender and gender non-conforming communities. His passion is fully realized through his brand, Brutishly Queer where he hosts Sanctuary, a dedicated safe space for transgender men, trans-masculine, and masculine-of-center folks and provides health and wellness coaching services.

Brian (he/him) is the steady support that keeps Star Dust Co. grounded. As a proud Black transgender man who is also a veteran, model, and electrician, he embodies the belief that you can be Black, transgender, a veteran, living with a disability and still build the life you dream of. Brian’s passion lies in uplifting Black transgender people, especially veterans and those navigating disabilities. He is a constant reminder to our community that possibility and purpose belong to us, too. Both on the job and behind the scenes, he brings quiet strength, dedication, and unwavering care to the Star Dust Co. collective.

A self-proclaimed queerd (queer nerd), she’s fueled by her passion for comics, games, and all things playful. Through Juggercade Games, her mobile luxury gaming service exclusively for adults, she offers freedom and connection that go far beyond the screen. Audra is devoted to creating spaces where LGBTQ+ people can show up fully as themselves, infusing every gathering with joy, curiosity, and authenticity. Her approach to building community is as unique and exciting as she is; making sure folks feel safe, seen, and free to connect on their own terms.

Aminah (she/they), Community & Communications Coordinator
Aminah is someone who genuinely cares about people and the spaces they move through. She was drawn to Star Dust Co. because of our commitment to creating space for folks who share her lived experiences, and she’s passionate about being part of something that feels affirming, intentional, and real. For them, community isn’t just something to be part of—it’s something to actively show up for and nurture.
They make it a point to be present, especially in spaces that center queer communities and queer BIPOC folks. Whether she’s supporting behind the scenes or connecting with people face-to-face, Aminah brings a warm, welcoming energy that helps others feel at ease. She cares about people feeling safe and included, and they naturally create moments where connection can happen.
Outside of their work, Aminah has been spending time getting more in tune with herself through yoga and mindfulness. It’s been a way for them to slow down, check in, and be more intentional about how she moves through the world—something that shows up not just in her personal life, but in how they care for community too.

Zei (he/him), Operations & Administrative Coordinator
Zei was drawn to Star Dust Co. by the open, inviting, and deeply intentional energy of the space. Being part of a community like this feels personal for him, especially because it reflects the kind of environment he didn’t always have access to. Through his role, he finds meaning in helping create spaces that are not only inclusive and accessible, but also intimate and protected where people can feel both free and held.
He shows up in community with care and conviction, advocating for the rights and representation of queer and disabled communities while also being a steady, nurturing presence in his personal circles. Whether it’s offering support, holding space for honest conversation, or sharing resources, Zei values connection that’s grounded in trust and mutual care. He wants people to feel comfortable being open with him, knowing they’ll be met without judgment.
Outside of his work, Zei is exploring his creativity and independence by building a food business and returning to upcycling his wardrobe, and while getting started can sometimes take time, once he’s in motion he moves with focus, drive, and intention.
