Our Mission

Drea (they/she) is the passionate fire behind Star Dust Co. Rooted in humility and collective care, she leads with a deep understanding that growth begins with listening and showing up.

They are passionate about supporting fellow community organizations, helping people find community they can trust, and promoting sex-positive education within the Black queer community.

Their work is centered on curating safe, intentional spaces that reflect and celebrate the experiences of Black transgender men, queer women (both cis and trans), and non-binary people.

Beyond this, she is deeply committed to bridging the gap between communities, understanding that we are stronger, more self-sustaining, and more joyful when we work together and hold space for one another.

 Cadence (he/him) is our safety and feel-good aficionado. Outside of being a walking safe space for others, he is fully dedicated to his own physical and mental health and serves as a constant reminder of its importance in daily life for transgender and gender non-conforming people. He also serves in bridging the gap in communication and safety for the transgender and gender non-conforming communities. His passion is fully realized through his brand, Brutishly Queer where he hosts Sanctuary, a dedicated safe space for transgender men, trans-masculine, and masculine-of-center folks and provides health and wellness coaching services.

Audra (she/her) is our powerhouse of love, the big sibling we’ve all needed and someone who isn’t afraid to show love to the community. A self-proclaimed queerd (queer nerd), she’s fueled by her passion for comics, games, and all things playful. Through Juggercade Games, her mobile luxury gaming service exclusively for adults, she offers freedom and connection that go far beyond the screen. Audra is devoted to creating spaces where LGBTQ+ people can show up fully as themselves, infusing every gathering with joy, curiosity, and authenticity. Her approach to building community is as unique and exciting as she is; making sure folks feel safe, seen, and free to connect on their own terms.

Brian (he/him) is the steady support that keeps Star Dust Co. grounded. As a proud Black transgender man who is also a veteran, model, and electrician, he embodies the belief that you can be Black, transgender, a veteran, living with a disability and still build the life you dream of. Brian’s passion lies in uplifting Black transgender people, especially veterans and those navigating disabilities. He is a constant reminder to our community that possibility and purpose belong to us, too. Both on the job and behind the scenes, he brings quiet strength, dedication, and unwavering care to the Star Dust Co. collective.
